Returns
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for eligible items. To qualify, items must be:

• Unworn and unused
• In original condition
• Returned in original packaging

Non-Returnable Items
Due to the nature of our products, the following items are final sale:

• Custom or personalized jewelry
• Earrings (for hygiene reasons)
• Sale or discounted items

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with photos. We will gladly offer a replacement or refund.
